Processing time.
We usually ship the same day after receiving your payment.
Shipping time.
Parcel shipping usually takes 3-7 business days depending on your location.
When the products are out of stock
Orders for out of stock items may be canceled and a full refund issued.
If the item is scheduled to be restocked for that season, we will ship it when it arrives. Not all out-of-stock items will be restocked. Back orders will be canceled after 30 days if the item is not in stock.
Where possible we will do our best to advise customers of potential delays or offer potential substitutes for originally ordered items. These notices are sent by email.
Incorrect shipping address or shipping address change
Shipping information is automatically generated based on the "shipping address" entered at the time of ordering.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will have to pay the shipping costs for resending the package.
So if you need to make changes, you need to do it quickly. Otherwise, your order will normally ship within 24 hours.
Once the product is in transit, we cannot change the shipping address.

Once the package reaches the destination country/region, it may be subject to import taxes, duties, and related customs fees. These rates are determined by the customs authorities of the destination country/region.
